Auditing

The Asset UDF table now features an Update Date column. You can use this new column across all application parts that manage the creation or editing of Asset UDFs, including:

• Asset Update

• Asset Create

• Asset UDF Create and Update via API

This enhancement allows you to accurately timestamp modifications to Asset UDFs for effective tracking.

API

As a facilities manager, you now have a new endpoint, /Assets/Udfs, providing easy access to Asset UDFs data for reporting, contingent on your asset access rights in FAMIS. This endpoint includes the primary key of the UDF entry and an UpdateDate to indicate the last modification.

To use this API:

• You must have Access Assets and Find Assets rights.

• You require access to the asset's region/property, including the region hierarchy.

• Only Full Users can call the GET method; Unnamed and Named Guests do not have access to assets.

• The environment must have 360Asset set to Yes.

• You are provided an odata.nextlink when the page limit is reached for pagination.

The API, specifically for the GET Method of Asset UDF data, includes fields such as Id, FieldId, AssetId, AssetClassId, ListBoxId, ListBoxDescription, Value, FieldName, DataType, TabOrder, and UpdateDate. This data will be synchronized with the Assets API, now also featuring the UpdateDate and Id fields.

Company

In Company, the issue with non-functional select links on the Add Account page (ad_accounts.aspx) for choosing Property, Region, State/Province is resolved. You can now add these details as expected.

Company

In Company, when you fill in the mandatory fields to create an account, you can now click OK only once, and the Account page will close as expected, streamlining the account creation process.

Create Request

When creating a Work Order (WO) and assigning a user, if you add an asset from a different property and the WO's property changes, the system now ensures the Assigned To field resets to Automatic to align with property access permissions.
